Hello everyone!  I'll be a newbie to the Zurich area coming from the United States....arriving 19 May.  I'm really excited to have the opportunity to come live in such a beautiful country.  This will be my first trip to Europe.  I'm coming over for work, but will have plenty of time to experience Switzerland and the surrounding countries.  I work for a construction company in the US as a project manager.  Our compnay is managing a project taking place in Brugg, which is around 27km from Zurich.  The compnay I work for gave me the opportunity to have this experience and I'm very greatful.  

I'm see myself as a very open-minded, laid back individual....but passionate as well.  I enjoy traveling and would love to get to know some locals and expats alike.  I'd like to hear first hand about neat and exciting things to do in Switzerland as well as other countries.  You can only read so many guide books...lol.  I really enjoy the outdoors with such activites as fishing, hiking, camping, cycling, and just taking in the fresh air and seeing the sites as well as experiencing new cultures.  I enjoy tasting and trying different types of food, wine, and beer from all around the world.  Most of all - I'm looking to meet some nice, kind-hearted good people while in Switzerland.

I hope to meet some of you all and really looking forward to a great time and meeting some great new friends.
