Hi Everyone,
I am new on this site, I have been living in Switzerland, in mountain village called Chateau D'Oex for a couple of years. It's about an hour from Monteeux. I am finding it hard to make new friends here. I am normally a very social person. I just want to meet people to hang out and meet for coffee or go walking with, and maybe I can organise some events up here in the mountains, such as a spot of skiing or a fondue dinner....

Not to repeat Dorothy check Events and Groups as you have a busy season coming either with the Lausanne snwshoes Group or with the Lausanne Nordic skhi and many other activities to join . Just a first step in the right direction.

Thanks for replies. Looking forward to meeting people and getting busy soon. Having trouble viewing all things to do on my iPad though, seems to get stuck on 1 page. Will try the desk top.
