Good afternoon all. I am a 39 year old Canadian girl living in Lavigny, Vaud. I moved here a year ago with my husband and 2 cats. I don't really know anyone outside hsi family and his circle of friends, so I have pretty much just been staying at home for the last year. Needless to say, it is very lonely and boring for me. I would absolutely love to get out there and meet some new people and make some friends of my own here.

Welcome to Glocals fellow Canadian!
It can be a great way to meet people. Hope you see an event which interests you soon. The big drinks events are often a good place to start and you can bring your husband along if you like.
