Hello Taslima,

I am a brand-new member myself (born in the Netherlands but have lived in the USA for 38 + years) but my husband grew up around here, so he knows his way around and he knows about bicycles - actually his professional background is accommodating cyclists and pedestrians. We have quite a few bicycles at home (9!) and he LOVES going shopping for bicycles, will check them out, look them over and adjust the "personal fit".

He is out of town until March 10, but I am at home full time (retired teacher) and we can get acquainted first, if you'd like. We do use the www.anibis.ch website also (like Ghalib suggested) but Michael has quite a few local bike-contacts.

Neither one of us has ever run though :)

Hi Andrea,

I'd love to get acquainted.

I've been in Archamps close to two months now, working part time and studying. I guess, the problem with anyone moving here for a brief period of time is finding new friends who can help them with info and activities.

And moving around here is really difficult, hence, my need of a cycle.
