I am from South Africa and have been residing in Geneva for almost a year.
Was just wondering if there is place for the not-so-social-butterfly here? I am hoping to find make some women friends here. I miss girl-talk. I have a husband and a teenage son who would also like to broaden their social horizon. I have met two members and like the way GoL 'feels'

Welcome to GoL! You came to the right place to meet some people and broaden your social horizons. It took my husband and I a few months to find GoL too and it really changed our lives here! Have you been to New Member Drinks (NMD) yet? It’s a great way to meet some folks who are also new to the site. But really any activity that sounds interesting to you is a sure way to meet people. Hope to see you around!
