My name is Nils and I am a Swedish chef living in Basel since 8 years. I teach cooking courses in Indian, French, Thai, Italian and more. I also work as a private chef in peoples home for small to medium groups.Now when X-mas is comming why not have fun with setting up a cooking course for your friends or reduce your stress and let me cook for you. One of my specialities is Curry evenings!

One of my specialities is teaching vegetarian cooking - I use spices & herbs a lot - to make them healthy, delicious & easy to digest. We can organise a group class if there is enough interest. Let me know.

Nils post is like 3 years old and the last time he seems to have visited Glocals is also 3 year ago. So I think its safe to say he is not offering courses anymore :)
