Right, I'm unpacked, now where do I go to get a good pint?
Hello all, I am Ceri - just moved here from London with husband Toby. All at sea so I have thrown myself into French lessons (mercy me, my participles!), now ready to throw myself into Geneva's social scene. So, come on, whatcha got for me???

the most famous places to go to are Pickwick's (on rue de Lausanne, number 80 or something, opposite Butini tram stop) and the newly opened Lady Godiva (in Plainpalais, opposite UniMail tram stop). Pickwick's has a definite UK atmosphere, Lady G. is posher.

welcome to GVA and enjoy!

You could also try Les Brasseurs in front of the Cornavin station and if the weather is nice you should definitely go to the Terrasse which is by the lakeside, next to Les Bains des P?quis... if you see lots of people laying on the grass, you're there!
