Too Much Free Time
Oct 2, 2006 @ 18:52
Hi My name is Tonya and I have been in Geneva for a month now. I take care of an eleven year old girl ( drive her to schoolin the AM and then pick her up @ 3:30 and then I am done @ about 6:30/7) this leaves me too much time and I am driving myself insane. If anyone has any advice on what I can do with my free time or happens to have a similiar schedule please get in touch with me

I would suggest getting a hobby (such as golf, tennis, reading, etc.) and looking out for activities on this website. You could also try taking courses in subjects that interest you. But I do understand it is hard to find activities to fill your schedule here given you see to work 3/4 hours a day.

I know the problem, most events take place during the evening, not school hours. I would recomand you to go for some easy accessible sport: jogging, cycling, rollerblading, swimming, etc. There's nothing like some exercice to feel better during depressive long grey raining days.
