Hi all!- I have lived abroad for 20 years, back in Switzerland now, the land of my birth.So I am a Swiss Expat, if you like..
I am missing chatty people, foreign foods, kids activities and of course parties.
Anyone know of a child friendly halloween party to go to?
In any case, looking forward to getting to know you folks.

How old are your children? I have a boy of 2.
As for getting together with others: the best thing you can do is check out the Zurich Member-Activities section, and just join something. Or, just post an activity of your own...

I was also abroad 15 years and now back in Zurich
again.
While I do know Zurich geographically from having grown up
here, I am rediscovering the city socially, but it is not as easy as it was
abroad....

Ah Stephan, I hear 'ya.
I grew up outside Zurich and lived in Zurich city for a couple of years before I left Switzerland..
When I first came back I couldnt remember where the different Kreis 3,4,5 etc are, and am still confused about which is St Gallen and which is Glarus.. oops
