back to the German part of Switzerland after 30 years

Dear all,

After 30 years in the French part of Switzerland I'll be moving to Zürich this August.. and I was wondering : is there an active English speaking community in Zürich ? I speak Swiss German but after so long and being more US connected I wonder what to expect ... what is your take on this ?

There is a very very large English speaking community in Zurich , if you speak Swiss German you shouldn't have any issues at all. It's a great social life on here and there are many groups to choose from. Zurich itself is a great city, with lots of things to see and do. I've been here 6 years and never tire of the place .
