from vienna to geneva with love!

Greetings everyone!


I moved from Vienna to Geneva (well that's a lie...I live in Ferney-Voltaire...) in March. Now that I have somewhat acclimatised to the air and enviroment (by that I mean my job...) I would like to somewhat get a social life ;)


So a friend from Vienna told me about glocals and that I should try this way...


 


SO HERE I AM !


I am a not necessarly a quiet guy but I like the quiet life. And then again...sometimes I like action and party. I enjoy sports and but also video games and sofas...I like healthy food but I would do anything for a good bacon burger...


So I am a bit ambivalent, but always straight forward :D


Unfortunatly I dont speak french yet...so that is a bit of a problem. I will attend a course starting in May though...but all my colleagues at work speak english or german...so someone to practise with would be great to.


 


But anywho...In case anyone goes for a drink or anything similar on the weekend and isnt too scared to meet me (that's a dare right there!) I would be glad to hear from you.

I'll write you because right away when Ive seen From Austria I got to reply. 


I could continue writing german or write in the " Kärntner Dialekt" but since I've started in english we save the Austrian for next time.


I welcome you in Geneva :)


I am living now 6 months in Geneve and regarding to my boyfriend and my colleges my french got pretty good. 


If you ever should want to hang out let me know.

I thought that, as you're a CERN guy, perhaps a time travel could have some interest to save the monarchy.

i am not so sure about ultravox. it doesnt quite hit the spot for me. this is more what i like (wow even introducing a part of my taste in music...putting myself out there)

Will love to visit Austria,


Salrsburg is a great city,my mother alway s


talked about it.


Watch French Movie ,it help and the best is to watch a movie you already saw in your country and language.


And you can go to Savoie it s not far.

Geneva is a great place to be with the lake and all international people. I cant say that about Vienna - I went there for a weekend in 1999 and they stole my sFr. 2'000.-- thus why I dont like Vienna.

Willkommen in Genf, ich hoff es gefällt dir in Genf. Bin auch aus Wien und nun schon seit mehr als drei jahren weg von österreich.


Also vielleicht sieht man sich ja mal auf einer der Glocals Parties :)
