Hello, my name is Stefania I am Italian and have just moved to Geneva for an internship at the UN. I am looking for accommodation ideally form mid/end of October until the end of July, but I am open to a shorter term solution. 
I am 26, quiet, tidy and do not smoke. 


Ideally I would like to live alone in a studio but am open to rent a room in a shared apartment.

I am subletting my studio , kindly contact me if you have the documentation.

Furnished studio to sublet as of st of November 2024 - 1st of May 2025

Details:
Size: 45 sqm
2 pièces (as per Geneva canton regulations)

Location:
5-minute walk to tram lines 12 and 17 (Moillesulaz)
5-minute walk to bus stop Thonex Vallard
5 minutes from the French border
15 min from station Chêne bourg

supermarkets:
5 min post office
5 min from COOP
10 min from Migros, Denner
15 min from Aldi (2 tramstops)

Spacious parking lot where you can park with a parking permit from the city of Thônex or pay per hour

Rent:
CHF 1,029 (includes charges and Wi-Fi)
+ Additional electricity cost: deposit will be asked and will be reimbursed on actual use
As of February it is 1049 CHF (February, March, April)

Requirements:
3 months deposit of rent
Recent payslips or work contract proof income, covering rental period
Swiss third party liability insurance covering rental period
Valid identity card/passport
Certificate of non prosecution dated less 3 months
garant is required if one of the documents is missing or income is not sufficient. This will be up to the discretion of the person subletting

This is an official sublet and will be submitted to the rental agency ("regie")
