Just upgraded to the last version of Firefox ESR (17.0.4) and the chat box doesn't load at all, it's just not there. Everything else seems to be functional.

Seems that the FireFox ESR version is a bit different from the regular versions.
We're looking into the issue now.

Thanks Oded. It was working fine with ESR v 10, issue only appeared when upgrading to v 17.
