Sometimes it takes really long time... seems like the admins can be busy.

But this reminds me. Some of my groups that I proposed were never accepted - its been a month and I didnt even recieve any message explaining whether it has been rejected and if yes why?!

I was meaning to send a message to Oded about it but then I forgot. So Oded, can you comment?

I created a group some days ago too and I just wonder why it takes so long to accept it. Would it be possible to have at least an automactic answer that would say something like : congratulation for creating a group with Glocals, we are coming back very soon (less than 3 days) to you to give our feed back. Thank you for using our website ?

It will help us to know if we can expect something or not about our initiative. Thank you very much for your consideration.

 I put a group forward a couple of days ago.heard nothing.Pushed glocals today and....hey presto!Maybe the trick is to hasle them from the start!(not very Swiss)

Eh eh!, nice to hear from you Buzzcoks and that you have taken some initiative for the New Year. 

I guess there is something wrong with the way they manage the creation of new group. For most of us, we put some energy in it, it gives value to the community and then to the website - and it is like they do not react accordingly.

I am sure your group is going to be soon on line. 

I have no news form Isabella (well I should write to her) but do you know if she going to restart the cafe philo ?

For some reasons, it takes times and I think that no body knows why really (they are busy, the website is not very efficient, they need some rest... ?)

Anyway, after 3 days, I would advise you to write directly a word to "contact" or "feedback" which link is along the right side of every page.

This seems to still be an issue.  I set-up a group two weeks ago and have since sent three polite "nudge" emails to Nir and Oded but I have had no reply and there is still no group.

If there is a lead time in group creation it would be useful to know what it is up-front.  In any case: two weeks seems excessive.

Sorry guys, group approvals are now back to normal, incl catching up on the back-log of the previous 4 weeks. We've had a combination of people falling sick together with an IT issue, which led to this rare issue. Apologies.
