Nouri - the person you are refering to was not blocked for offering free lessons.
I don't know if you are a friend of his, or just someone who likes crusades, but, in this particular case, you don't know the facts, and, due to privacy issues, I cannot share the facts with you.
Rest assured that we don't block people unless we have a very good reason.
