HELP: Problem with my inbox

There is a (4) next to the inbox icon on the home page but when I click on inbox I cannot see anything in it. I would be grateful for help in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance, Marianne

Hello Marianne,

It seems that once on the mail page, you have to click on the inbox text on the left to open the inbox itself (one extra step).

Try that and see what happens.

Let's try that again as I might not have explained well enough.

Click on inbox on home page.
Takes you to a more or less blank page.
On left side is the inbox text written in black.
Click on this inbox text and the messages should appear in the centre of the page.

That's what i had already tried from the outset and unfortunately I still see nothing when I click on the inbox text.

Not if you are using FF3 or on an iPhone. You get a blank page and you have to click on the inbox text on the left (like I mentioned above).

Hi Marianne, which browser are you using ?
For example what you described is also happening with IE6
With FF3 I have access to the contents of the mail boxes.

Very strange.

Irish_Eyes sent me a screenshot, and it seems she is using IE7 and still not able to see her messages.

Anyone else using IE7 and not seeing messages?

Ok, so the solution was to clear the browser cache and delete all cookies.

If anyone else is not able to see the messages in their inbox, and does not know how to clear their cache and history, please contact me.

Since two days I have problems with my inbox and sent box.

All the messages are only displayed in a narow column at the right of the page. And only the very left portion of the messages is in view and the member icons are oversized.

What is the problem and how to solve it ?
