Running 10.0.648.133 on Windows. The Chat applet is mostly off the right side of the screen. I can barely see the left edge of the pop-out. Anyone else having this problem?

Yup, same problem.
Seems fixed. Browser build is now 151. No acknowledgement of the issue, but who cares? It's fixed! =)

It's not Chrome or IE or Firefox, etc. It's the underlying code for glocals.com. It's bloated, contains tons of errors and has lots of browser-specific code.
If that ever gets cleaned up, the site will run much smoother and even be worthwhile on a mobile phone.
Until then, expect more of the same.

I believe it. Glocals.com has always had bizarre quirks that no other site has. My Blackberry starts emitting smoke if I try to load this site.

On iOS as well as Android, it's best used as read-only. Although some functionalities seem to work better, as the days pass by.
The homepage, probably the most visited, shows 0% mobile-readiness on w3c mobileOK tests.
Let's keep the faith, for one day we may all come back to this thread, zipping across forums and activities on multi-touch mobiles.
It'd be nice to see that number climb gradually, though.

testing 12.0.742.100 m
spelchek. spelllchex. fail.
spelchek spellchex fail (using Chrome on Mac)
when i mistype words using Safari on Mac, the misspelled words are underlined and I'm given the opportunity to correct.
So, I take it back, it seems that Chrome does not support any OS-based spellcheck.... weird

This is the one public site that I use with Firefox for just this reason.

test. test. 1.2.3
testing spelchex in Chrome 13.0.782.107.
no workee.
Chrome 13.0.782.215 spelchek dsff blah blah.
Rubbish.
problem with firefox 6
script error message
chat online not working
FF6 seems OK for me. Hmm..
Still 0% mobile readiness, though.
Win7 FF6 is all OK for me -- Chat, spell check (but I have to ask for it; it's not automatic), videos... The only issue is the "loading" flag that never stops, but it has seemingly no impact

Could this be related to the number of HTTP requests Glocals.com/shakeapp makes? Something getting stuck in the pipe, that the script is waiting for?

oded,
i'm still getting the same script error message and if i don't select "stop" the page gets blocked.
i am not the only one with this problem. if you cannot fix this bug, please return to the previous chat application you were using.
why in the world would you have gone "live" with an app that you didn't fully test "off-line"
thank you for your efforts

ps: win. 7 and ff6
Crap. Now spellcheck is half broken on Firefox. I have to highlight text, right click, and then choose "check spelling". I start typing again and it turns itself off. Spellcheck is not simply activated by default as it is on every other site.
