I had the same problem earlier today. There were also some other bugs on the website today, like some pages not displaying at all.

Thanks I received those emails fine.  Once it was back up and running there was no problem sending and receiving, but I had been trying all afternoon and couldn't send a mail having tried different methods, like replyinh or creating a new mail.

On Sunday evening I had found it very slow to reply to an email but it did eventually send.
