can i start by saying that i love the new function whereby you can put a max number of people in an activity and i love even more the fact that if someone then unsubscribes, someone else can join. great stuff!

anyway, the issue today is nothing serious at all but just thought i should let you know. i got an email saying that as 'x' had changed his RSVP, the activity wasn't full anymore...yet only 8 people have signed up so far and the max number is 25! as i said, no big deal but in case it's happened to someone else and there's a bug somewhere

Hi Minda,

I think organizers are supposed to get an email any time someone changes his/her RSVP from Yes to No, regardless of whether or not the activity has a 'Max Guests' limit.

Did the email you received mention anything about a max limit?
