I'm recently experiencing the following issue:
on an activity I've posted, with reservation requiring approval (for example "Being effective in job seeking #4") I receive an email notification from a member requiring an invite (in this case Katarina Jenisova) but then I don't find a trace of his request in the activity management page (pending requests).
At the same time for the same activity I get notified by email about other requests that I correctly find in the pending request lists of the activity (still talking of the same example "Heloise D" and "MikaelDK" )
I've experienced the same issue with another activity I've posted (
Learn Excel/VBA #3 ) in this case three invite requests I got in my emailbox where missing in the pending requests list, while other requests were well there.

got this email notification:
SaraFerris requested an invite
to your activity ‘Learn Excel/VBA #3’
but I cannot find the request or the user in any of the guest lists related to the activity

I thought this issue was fixed, but if its happening again I'll dig into it right now.

Hi Oded,
thanks for your prompt (as usual) answer, just to be clear this is not systematic, it doesn't happen on each invite request, on the same activity some of the requests get into the pending list some others get lost.

My life would be so much easier if this was a bug that happened systematically :-)
Sadly, these bugs that sometimes happen and sometimes don't are much harder to find and fix, but hey, the programers have to make money too :-)

I know what you mean... I have quite a broad experience in Application Support! And yes, definitively, if applications were bugfree there would be much less to do in the IT world.

Ok, looks like this one was an easy fix (some JS file was causing problems)
This should now be fixed, so please let me know if it happens again.
