There were nearly 200 posts on the 'Launch Party Feedback' forum  - THANKS. Here's the key things that the majority of members said work well, and what we should improve on.

Separately, we invited members who had specific negative feedback to join our planning team for the next party. So far all (except one) kindly agreed to help us.

WORKS WELL
Welcoming & friendly atmosphere (& welcoming bunnies!), friendly people, meeting half the town at the event, no smoking policy (good idea but needs better enforcement), members only policy, age 25+ policy. 
 

• Clarify difference between GoL & Sindy. This is not clear enough, and can create confusion & wrong expectations.

• Improve service levels the mega parties, especially waiting time for drinks, entrance, & cloack-room. We outsource this part to a pro production company, and are working closely with to find a solution.

• The music - we can never please everybody... The music remains a tough one, with feedback about more house and less house, or more salsa and less salsa, etc. But what we will do is:
  - keep NOT playing techno and trance.
  - open a seperate Latin room when possible.
   

These are the key points only, flagged by a majority of members. Any further feedback is very welcome.
