Hi,
Is that the new tool to stop spammer?
I was really busy these past days so didn't log in, did this morning to register, and wanted to send a mail to register to an activity, but couldn't. I know it's only a one shot thing, but it wasn't the best surprise ever..

For the past year, new members could not post to GoL nor send eMails before their profile was approved.

It look a good idea to make sure you can't send a mail before your profile was filled and reviewed.
But if you change something in it, maybe we should be able to send mail before you approve the modification. I mean, we already "prove" we were "good people" no? ;)
I noticed an english mistake in my profile (my english sucks :( ), so I changed like 4 letters, and had to wait Oded approved it to send mails again, not only did it feel a bit silly, but it add work to you guys.
