Russia: Rocky Balboa's hung up his gloves. If political spokesmen (& women) could do the same... :)

The IpaidaBribe site is brilliant. It highlights the magnitude of corruption and provides a choice to the people (incl. Govt.) to fix things, as well as showing the population how corrupt we are, ourselves. But we have the Govt. to blame, as usual...it's us corrupt folks who throw votes at them so that we can plead helplessness.
