Hello,

I'm a dual nationality holder (UK and an African country). I've been paying my AVS contributions for about 32 months and would like to apply for a reimbursement when I leave Switzerland later this month. I understand that Switzerland has a social security agreement with the UK, and though I hold a British passport, I am not resident there. I wondered if anyone has any intel on whether I can still apply for my reimbursements since I do not have access  i the NHS, NI etc as I am not a resident.
