Boating club, 2nd wave outing
I never thought we would be out on the lake after the rain & lightning earlier in the weekend, but Sunday morning was gorgeous and the lake was calm and smooth for us wake boarders & water skiers. Thanks Acquarius for organizing a nice morning on the lake. We had a great mix of experienced and beginner skiers, which made the boating fun! I'm so glad I could finally join you. Now that I've been out boarding this season I can't wait to go back!!

See you on the lake!

~Debbie :)

That was great indeed ! I didn't expect to get out so easily for a life time second try, cross the waves and even try a jump; that was a spectacular fall, wasn't it ?! :-D. But when I see the pictures (I sent them to Oded, they'll be online soon), I realise that I didn't look exactly as relaxed and stylish as I felft I was, but more on the "dismembermet" side ;-P Debbie, I really need you to give me some more lectures !... and stop putting such words in my mind beforehand !

Viviane, you rocked ! I can't believe you got out at first try and stood up for soooo long. Ok, you didn't take many risks (nice fall though!), but the safe option served you right. Bravo !

Acquarius, I guess you've got to teach me a bit more of your boat handling skills if you want to get up at the first try. I felt so sorry about it. Hope you had fun anyway. And thanks again for the organisation. I'm so much looking forward for next time... even if I know it would be fair to leave other people enjoying it too.

I know that some people needed a lift to go to Founex, and didn't manage to get one. It's quite sad because I could have taken some of you in my car, but I unfortunately didn't check my email before yesterday night. Debbie managed to ring me on Sun morning and I picked her up in Nyon. But I would warmly recommend anyone interested in joining a forthcoming event to say it in advance if you need a lift. I'm sure Aquarius will manage to find you a driver.

I wonder if I should try slalom, wakerboard or backflip on skis first though ;-)
