Bollywood night - thanks Ehsaan and Nanoo!!!

Was a good night, not to be compared with the previous one as was a different kind of set-up. With a much smaller venue, was much easier to be able to mingle with as opposed to miss people like I did last time. I did miss seeing Ehsaan's energy on the dancefloor though. However the informal dance-class session worked well. And being able to witness Nanoo's dance performance was a treat. Along with the beatifully-attired first act in blue. The Euro-pop 'blips', were less to my personal musical taste, but did nothing to dimish my appreciation for Ehsaan and the effort that goes in to bringing us together Bollywood style. THANK YOU Ehsaan!!!

Really fun, especially the special dance presentations. Man, you Indian men have a million different moves...;) Looking forward to the next one...

First of all I would like to thank all those 200+ people for making this party a success.
It was a great party with a few BUTs and IFs...
The evening started with NO lights...The light system went crazy that evening for some reasons. In addition, the sound system was way below par. The sound system in the restaurant part was loud enough to cater the needs of a party with so many people..
To add grief to this, the cops came in around 1am and asked to reduce the volume or they would shut down the place....
Another problem was my DJ podium...
I was playing the music somewhere in the corner, from where I could not see the dance floor and the dancers could not see me either. Due to this there was a lack of interaction and I could not take the crowd with me, as I usually do...
I could not share my energy on the floor!!
Enough of complaining!!
The party was great, with some live performance and the workshop...
Nanoo did a great job with the performance and the workshop.
And all the cool DUDES and DUDETTES following the moves as well...
I thoroughly enjoyed seeing them all dancing on Bollywood and Bhangra tunes...
It was great fun and a great night...
But as I said...It could be better...
And now a promise to my fellow glocalers!!!
Next party will be in February!!!
But, it would be with a difference and the BEST Bollywood party that Geneva has ever seen
I will be back, with lot more fun and energy to share!!
