CURRY CLUB - The Sultan outdid himself
Another successful curry adventure....this time i was totally awed by the orgasmic flavours and subtleties of this Indian cuisine. The Sultan in Nyon rates a major +st place on my list for all the right reasons.

- quality of food, quality of service, ease of parking, quality of plates ( they were HOT) no Alcatraz style service- and a great atmosphere.

Thanks Dean for organising this event....next stop Sultan in Montreux?? :-)

Thanks Dean and Charlie of course. I missed the previous time you came to the Sultan in Nyon....it had many good revues then and now i know why. Sorry for Vinay but the Sultan restaurant is in a different league.

One of the more enlightening parts of the evening for me was finding out that Dean's Nan is famous :w00t: ....and she is coming to visit Geneva. So Dean, as the curry nights are becoming a family affair it looks like the next one should be with Nan as guest of honour.

Great evening including the warm up in the Fishermans Pub.

Cheers

Yes Dave, it would be great to have my Nan at a curry club evening...however I can picture it now when she is served with a plate of rice and tikka masala..."You dont expect me to eat this shit do you!" - Maybe if we do a ´Pie and Mash´ club she would come along!

Julian...dammit...I missed you again!  That´s a whole minute you owe me now...and all words will be banned for you...so next time you get to do it in mime!  White gloves and face-paint supplied.

A great night... looking forward to trying out Mr Sultans other restos... so Montreux is certainly on the cards!

Cheers all
