Chinese New year Party at L'orangerie
Thanks a bunch to Phoebs and Tigger for organizing again an amazing Chinese New Year party! I got my personal Hang Pao and the horoscope for this year!!
it's been So great to be there, see the great outfits, all the people i hadn't seen in ages (right Bambi???), and dance the night away.
Have to say that Rick and Nat took the whole costume thing seriously and they looked amazing!! To Everyone else, thanks and Happy Chinese New Year (San lin Fai Log - I think this is the pronunciation in Cantonese ...)

Thanks to Phoebs and Tigger for coming up with this party. Well attended, interesting costumes, nice people, what more could you ask for? My throat though was not cooperating so I had to leave early.

just sounds a lot more succinct and eloquent in chinese. ^.^

gung hei faat choi (mandarin = gong xi fa cai)
san nin faai lok (xin nian kuai le)
san tai gin hong (shen ti jian kang)
sam seung si sing (xin xiang shi cheng)

a big thx (doje/xiexie) to tigs and phoebs for a fantabulous evening!!! was great to be able to celebrate after not having been here the wkend before, and to see the familiar party folks in fine form after my long winter hibernation. :)
