Everyone who said they were coming, did, despite the rain...so a handsome 53 of us taking over Vinay's restaurant! Thanks to everyone for making it a fun night, especially those that came alone for the first time and had to walk into a restaurant full of people and find a friend...I think you all did!
And no TREVOR...!!! First time in a year he's not been to a curry with us... he sent me a text at 5pm saying he'd just got back off his holiday... it wasn't the same without you mate...or Jo, as I had to collect the money...financial adviser or not, I was all over the place...somehow it balanced!!
Anyway...hope you all had fun and enjoyed the food... keep in mind Curry Club London, happening in November! For the hard-core!

Dean, thanks again for organizing another curry night. Spend a good time with friends, enjoying the copious buffet. I missed the introductions, to find out who else was in the room, but 53 would have taken a fair old while. But Vinay, the owner, went around the room introducing himself to everyone. Who would have imagined that it is thanks in part to him that I can play cricket in Geneva?
What am I going to learn at the next curry club?

and still living up to expectations. Another great night, and a great atmosphere with the 50+ people that turned up last night. It was great to meet so many new people. Thank you again Deano for co-ordinating the event, including moving the tables so that everybody could fit! Looking forward to the next one......

it's a good thing it was raining... as i was thinking of crashing the event thinking surely they'll be no shows (haha).
ok Bricklane... here come the Glocals for some curry! Hmm... and i thought going to london to get my hair cut seemed excessive... looking forward to November.

...Yes, guilty...drinking coke AND from the bottle so no bluffing that there's a double JD in there! Anyway...as my son was there, I never drink when I'm with him...obviously I like a beer or two, but I want him growing up knowing you can have a good time without getting arse-holed AND more importantly to rise above peer pressure....So bottom line...'Responsible Father!!' :0)

...for a rainy evening in Geneva! My second curry club and enjoyed it at least as much as the first (and already looking forward to the next one!!). Good food, great company - lovely to meet new people and meet up with familiar faces too. Many thanks to Dean for organizing another great night. Looking forward to hearing more about the plans for Curry Club in London....
