Curry Club
A great start to the inaugural meeting of the GOL Curry, first to wet our whistles at the Pickwick then at short jaunt to the Little India restauant. Where were presented with a selection of dishes . Dean got the evening going by making each of the participants give a short introduction with penalties for pauses and mentioning the dreaded word "Geneva". Hopefully this will be the first of many visits to the number one food for the UK. I for one will return to the restaurant let's hope the next selection is as good. ... Photos to come

It was a fab evening. For us Brits the evening was like a home away from home: curry, beer and drinking penalties! Thanks Dean, looking forward to the next evening.

Had a great time eating scrumptuous Indian Delights amongst a crowd of curry lovin GOLer's. Nice meeting you all over a feast of curry and beer, for the start of what is going to remain a successful club, for sure. Thanks again Dean for making the night an enjoyable one for all of us....many laughs were had and our tummies will be thanking us later on today...I'm pretty sure..he..he.. :-)

What an excellent start to what I hope will be a regular and popular monthly event. Everyone was up for a laugh and friendships clicked straight away with so many like-minded people all in one place sharing two favourite interests...drinking and curry! In summary of the restaurant: Wecoming and efficient staff...well prepared seating...and excellent food. I for one will certainly be going back between events if a craving hits...and although one of the objectives of the club is try out as many Indian restaurants as possible, I'm sure we will be venturing back to see Mr Singh and the gang again in the future. Put Thu 16th November in the diary for the next event...details posted nearer the time!!
