Curry Night
Another evening at the Royal India, which now appears to be our home base. As usual a good mixture of old and new members so the obligatory 30 second intro was required for a few as we waited "Patiently" for our buffet to be ready. I was getting a little hungry by the time it was served.

With around 50 people it meant , myself and Dean were busying at the beginning collecting the money as our usual Treasurer was missing (and it always seemed so easy).

The room soon cleared when the mention of India dancing was made by the owner Vinay, strange how many people had early meetings :P.

All in All a good night , but I think we are ready to try something new.

Dean and Trevor,

Thanks a lot for organizing. Guess all has been said, we had a GREAT time, meeting "new and old" friends. Excellent company, good laughs and good food...and as Trevor said, never knew sooo many people had late night meetings;)...Vinjay, has this something to do with you?:)

Looking forward to the next Curry Club, have a lovely weekend and see you around :)

Yeah, good bunch of people, nice to meet some new people - But had a few complaints about the food this time - Post anything here that you feel should be mentioned, then we can get restaurants to up their game if standards slip.  Please be constructive, and I'll address the issue.  Thoughts??  :w00t:

it was a great nite once again. i would say that the food was adaquate, but we've seen better especially regarding the lamb...........vinnay came up a bit weak this time. other from that, the service at the bar is shameful........very slow, only one person to serve, and they never have change ( i mean 5 centime pieces is ok but not in mega quantities) is that their way of provoking "oh, it's ok, keep the 2 francs change as a tip".

cheers,

epicure
