Wow, what a terrific session everyone - thanks so much for your thoughtful contributions, many ideas, and engaging dialogue! I will definately include as many factors as I can in my research and writing in the field of expatriation. Hopefully the other sessions to come with different expat groups will be just as enjoyable. And with any luck even more people will consider doing the survey, not just for data collection but also because the more participants the greater a donation to a Geneva charity.

always appreciated! Sorry that i left a bit earlier ... the salsa floor was waiting for me :), but it's really interesting to see how different companies have different standards, and how some problems are just ... common!!
