All in all I found it quite helpful. Guillaume asked some unusual questions which you might not prepare for normally. So, if you want to practise your interview skills in English or French before hand, it's a good way to do so at the workshop.

With two others I was at the interview workshop of Guillaume which he offered for the 3rd time. We talked about our CVs and did a practise interview for a desired job which he recorded on video. Two people were asking questions and one was the candidate. Afterwards we gave feedback and tips to improve ones answers and appereance.
