I too quite liked the MO Bar. Funny how at first no one I spoke to at the hotel had heard about Glocals. They also didn't believe I would easily have 50 people come 'drop by' for a birthday drink, but now I believe they have several fans of the place, and already I see folks putting together future events with them. So we'll definitely be seeing more events hosted there. I also really liked the way Management of Sales (Mr. Cesar Gil) come out to personaly greet me and make sure things were going ok, as well as the bar manager Christoph was super friendly and accomodating.
I was also pleasantly surprised to have been able to get the cake prepared for us at a price comparable to Manor, but just a classier cake. (though NOTHING compares to the cake Laurent made for us at last month's birthday event :)
Sorry that the wine that was put on special offer was not to some people's liking, but next time i will bring along my professional negotiators to come with me to try and put together a nicer drink menu.
