June Birthday Party

What a lovely evening it was last night as many my friends, regulars of birthday drinks and some new members gathered at Mary's lovely place. Thank you Mary for opening up your place to such a large crowd! I think I speak for everyone that attended that it was a real treat to be in the comforts of one's home to celebrate the birthdays of so many members. Is there some statistic that says there are many more babies in June than any month?

Thanks to everyone who brought things to share, and for those who provided raffle items. This month we raised CH177 for Orphanage Africa. The lucky winners of the raffle are:

1. Anna_thekiwi, Keroubim, Hobbes & Jerome received body care products (anonymous donor). Gusy, hope you find a lucky lady friend to gift it to ;)
2. Natascha won the bottle of Champagne offered by Rob_M (Thanks Rob for sharing your experience with meeting Kylie:D)
3. Silverwolf received the exclusive Team Bentley cap (anonymous donor)
and
4. Wolf as the lucky winner receiving free reflexology session offered by Favian. Thanks Favian for your generous offer. :)

Mary's son Marc was just a delight helping us throughout the night setting up and with the raffle draw. Glocals awaits til you're old to have your own account :satisfied:

Many more birthdays to come in the 2nd half of this month.. so Happy Birthday to you all. Tune in next month.. where thanks to Oyuna, we will have a special summer birthday event planned!! :w00t:

I won a prize, I found myself a fiancee and a mistress, I ate lots of peenuts and gummy bears, what could I ask more? :D

Yes, a lovely party organized by Yumi and hosted by the gracious and charming MarmarK and son. The real prize was meeting lots of great glocals in person and helping them celebrate their birthdays. Thanks for a very nice evening....:)

I want to thank everyone who came and let you know you were a DELIGHTFUL crowd!

What better way to celebrate your birthday than to share the celebration and to remember what makes this life so good: FRIENDSHIP!

I saw smiles everywhere, friends celebrating friendship, and new friendships beginning. All I could think was how wonderful this world is because of the people who are in it!

Thank you Yumiko for starting this marvelous activity. It's a perfect reminder that each person was born to bring yet more happiness into the world.

And thanks Glocals, for bringing people together: IN LIVE!

My first time attending, it was in the first place to celebrate the birthdays of friends.

Thank you YouMeCo, great formula !

To my delight it was also a wonderful occasion to meet life, many glocals I only knew as myths, from the forums, the pictures and profiles...

Thanks Mary for opening up your lovely house and hosting your friends and friendly glocals with lots of food and foot....
