L'Orangerie's blast - Friday 18th
Wow... that was amazing...

Thanks to everyone that came last night for our "meant-to-be-nice-and-quiet-get-together"... turned out this was a complete BLAST!!!
Tigger and I booked a table for 10 people...we were 30 people, drinking and dancing, singing...awsome
I'm not really good when it comes to the review thingy, so I let u guys tell us what did u think about it.

Looking forward to reading ur comments,
Thanks a million for joining us, thanks to Sam and the Orangerie's manager, they took care of us, as we were friends. Definitely a place for GOL's events... we'll be back

Merci merci merci

Phoebe

PS: forgive my mistakes... my eyes are still closed... lol

That's the way!
You meet up for a drink and a chat and you end up dancing on the tables (OK, it was on the chairs, but tables sounds better doesn't it?) if you feel like it.
The people at the bar still can't beleive it! :-D
(Dear friends, don't be astonished by the time: I'm sick, I stayed home and just woke up) ;-)

A super fun time!!

As Stef said, we were supposed to have some nice quiet drinks but the spirit took us and we were DAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNCCCCCCIIIINNNNNNNGGGGG.

We posted for 10 places, truth b told, that was full within the 1st 3 hours of posting....so we took whoever wrote to us until I had about 30 pax (GOL members + friends) LOL....we knew we'd take over the whole place and that we did big time!

It was great to have newbies with us as well...so there were...Iolly, Sari & Stef + 3 friends, Sutchi + 4, Nath81, Roumelian, ElGuiri, CDNSarah, Sherri, Luca, Ulli, Jimega, Claudi, Joanne, Brogsta, Jillybeano + 2, Corinne & JWolffe, STiger01, MolsonMuscle + friends. Some people who booked with me didnt show up but I'm tellin u guys, u missed a big one!

But this wasnt all guys, Momali's Lebanese dinner group showed up round midnite to take over the dancin coz we were pooped...and Monaco98 showed up with a late flite and helped carry on the GOL banner.

The DJ was super and welcomed the GOL group in style, the owner is super friendly and the bartender (Sam) became one of our friends in the end...

Thnx to Momali for making the original recommendation for L'Orangerie, as Arnaud says "we'll b back" : D

friday at that orangerie bar was so great. i´ve been sick for a while and thought that it would be lovely to have some drinks and a nice chat with some of the gol members. i was very suprised finding myself dancing on a bench to dr. alban´s it´s my life and other 90´s eurotrash music. it was one of the nicest evenings i had at bar here in geneva. i love you guys.
