This 17th Drink was well visited with more than 60 members present including 1/3 New Members.

Le Colony offers a nice and appreciated atmosphere but has indeed higher prices (Fr 8 a glass of wine) then in a bar and as I hear from Jess, when you are paid in dollars it must be really hard living. I've taken note of that and with warm weather arriving, we are going to move to the lakeside in June.

Thanks to all who attended for contributing to the good atmosphere (see the pictures), and at first sight the (activity-) future looks bright with quite a few enthusiastic new members - hope to see you again at coming activities (pool, hike, bowling....).



Thanks to Elisabeth for her precious help as guest-women, and thanks to several photographers, their pics will be posted soon.



A particular thanks to the "family" coming all over from Geneva (Mum Swiss and her Twins) - I hadn't seen and felt this Swiss girl since her start with the Marathon training. She looks better than ever - keep it that way.

How to end a great day off and how to start the weekend: of course with the Lausanne drinks :)

Glad I've made it with "my twins" we had a great time traveling together ...

As always, I had a fantastic time, happy to see my Lausanne family ;) and to meet new people.

Jasper, thanks for a lovely evening and all the good laughs, "my twins" cried tear's of laughter at one point...

...and thank you sooo much for the nice compliment (you see the Marathon traininig group in Geneva has really changed my life - so an extra BIG THANK YOU goes to them too!)

As to the content of my bag from Lausanne (YES, another one!) the "rinse Appelstroop" is just sooo delicous.
