Re: Looking for female cycling companions for training rides
Post 11
I'm a boy and i broke my collarbone recently so i really can't ride with you girls but i can give you some good ideas of rides :
In the Jura you have the lacets de septmoncel : Genève - Col de la Faucille - St Claude - Col de Haut Crêt and back to Geneva, it's a bit more than 100km but it's really cool!! (there is an other version shorter, i have it on Strava but can't really explain as i was just following).
The other super ride in the Jura is route des montagnes (easy col) from Bassins in Switzerland, very cool, almost no cars.
Col de Combe blanche is tough but nice because there is no cars, you will start from Nyon and finish on the other side in France, at la Vattet. From there you can continue to St Cergues and then come back to Geneva.
Enjoy the journeys!
