Martigny & Gianadda Exhibition

Today we were a good group of eight and met at Martigny railway station around midday. It was cold, but the weather was merciful on us, so we walked down to town and had a really nice meal in a pleasant environment. Then we saw the exhibition at the Fondation Gianadda on Treasures of Egypt. That was worth seeing, but the absolute must is the sculpture garden, full of marvels and the ideal setting for the picture presentation. A big thank you to everyone for a really pleasant day. Pictures online soon.

Elisabeth, This was a great combination of the gastronomic and the cultural :) Thanks for the idea and the organization!

Hearty thanks to Elisabeth for the organisation - it was awesome - from Lunch to the whole tour of the expo - simply gr8! Thanks to the others, who made this trip memorable for me with all their smiles & humour:-) was really nice to meet you all! Cheers ;)
