Thank you Iolly for organising a truly wonderful dinner. I know there was the hiccup of more people arriving than were booked, but both you and the restaurant dealt with the whole thing very well.
Organising that many people is like herding cats, and you did a fantastic job of it. The food was excellent and I was very impressed with the restaurant dealing with an extra 20 people or so at no notice.
Best of all though, were the lovely people that I met. Everyone seemed to be in a very joyful mood, and were charming and friendly. If anyone out there reading this is new to GOL, these musical chairs dinners are a super way to meet a heap of new people in a friendly enviornment. You will meet lots of other people, but not in the sometimes overwhelming mob that a big GOL party can be. I highly recommend this event.

It felt so different and joyful, celebrating my birthday not only among friends but hundreds of smiling, friendly loving GOLERS.

I finally recover from one of the nicest party lately :) Musical Chair dinner and GOL bday! The dinner was delicious (yumm that fondent au choccolat) ... and thanks to Iolly and Nir for being so nice and calm while facing the 'seating' issue. Had lots of fun walking in the dark in the bushes with my team mates ... ... to try to find the famous prizes, eventually we managed to get one (thanks to Alexm Katri and David!!)
unfortunatelly i had a small accident and wasn't able to walk around and mingle with all the other GOLers after that ... so I am impatiently looking forward the next one. One small request ..
No stairs please!!

I think this is a great idea and would definitely want to go again! The perfect way to meet wonderful people you might otherwise never end up talking to... and the food was yummy, too.
