I noticed on friday afternoon this surprising post, which said something like"I'm throwing a bday party at Soleil Rouge tonight from 18:30 on, everybody's welcome". I didn't knew the Bday girl, or any of her friends. But I found it so nicely spirited that I decided to go. Come on, someone is having her birthday, and instead of inviting a few friends at her place, she opens it to potentially 12'000 Golers ? This is a kind of thing to make Geneva a better place, isn't it ?
And as a matter of fact, I went and met a bunch of cool poeple, including some of my friends that had by chance the same idea as me ! I felt a bit uneasy because I had planned to offer Natou a drink, but tables where already filled with bottles of wine and snacks she generously offered us when I arrived.
For all that, thanks Natou for being so generous and fiendly minded. It was a pleasure to be amongst your friends. Looking forward to meet you again soon, on a salsa dance floor ?

Indeed, trully GOL spirit, thank you Natou for this nice invitation, my friend from Boston , Yann, and his girlfriend from Hamburg,Kristin, really enjoy it and tell me to thank you. They are not GOL yet but I'm sure they are going to register soon.

I went mostly because i thought it was so courageous and sweet to do something like post a birthday party on this site... wow! when i first arrived, there was a small crowd of people gathered outside, and at first i thought they were the party... but i soon felt there was something missing. so i kept looking and found the real party downstairs. when i was received with such warm smiles it was clear that i had found the right place.... i immediately recognized that friendly spirit that makes these Glocal events so unique. so thank you natou for being so generous with all of us on your birthday...!
