November's - After Work drinks @ Kai Zen, Lausanne

Last night was the largest turn out I've had so far, with more than 70 people from Glocals and at least another 40 or so other expats who came along.

A special thanks to "MyCara" rue de Bourge 11, Lausanne who very kindly donated a beautiful bracelet for a raffle draw. Congratulations to our very lucky Glocal winner (whose name has slipped my mind).

Once again, it's great to see so many regular faces who keep coming back and are always extremely complimentary about this regular monthly meet up.

Some shared their opinions of how they would like to improve their evening at Kai Zen, which have been noted. Of course organising these events are not always that easy and it's especially not easy to please all of the people all of the time! However it does seems that most of you are genuinly pleased as you keep coming back time and time again!

Therefore I sincerely look forward to seeing all of you again and many more newcomers (you're all more than welcome) for a very special "Xmas After work" drinks on Wednesday 16th December...details to follow soon!

Hey, that was a great evening! A very nice gang, good music, great venue ( a bit pricy for cocktails, hahaha). Will join the next one with pleasure.

Nice one Bev, another good night, met some great GLocals people. I think everyone overwhelmed the bar a little though!

I missed the food this time - sounds like I missed out!

I am new to Glocals and saw the images online today. Pissed I missed it but will for sure be there for the next one.

Thanks to all you guys for coming along and giving your feedback(good as well as bad). It is important to have these forums to give their thoughts.

As for the minorty, we do also have some negative feedback about the monthly evening at Kai Zen, as one would always expect. I cannot personally take responsibility the way that the establishment is run, however I will do my best to bring these issues to the attention of the management. So please watch this space....

Still look forward to seeing the majority of you back in December.
