Nutrition for health/fitness info session

Many thanks, Estelle, for bringing us together to make this activity - finally - happen. I really enjoyed having such an enthusiatic audience to share some of my knowledge with. What's more I was impressed with the pot-luck spread of a lovely spinach and lentil :) soup for a starter, a range of substantial salads and other snacks for the main course and a creative and beautiful dessert. Thanks everyone! You're on the right track for health and fitness as far as my stomach is concerned ;)

Thanks very much for a terrific evening Janet. It was great to learn some new things, be tempted to learn so much more, and to have some lovely food throughout. Now my goal is to implement all that you taught us, and to find a way to tolerate a wee more spice! :)
