Dear All,
THANK YOU! thank you! THANK YOU!
I don't know what to say, the flowers are so beautiful, what a lovely surprise!
Guys, you are just GREAT!
You have changed my social life and that of so many others too ;-)
Once again, thank you all for attending, for all the smiling "new" and "old" faces.
One more nice surprise this morning: All the no-shows appologized, wow....
To the pioneer's from the "over 40's night out", Ceebee and Niceguy, you have been there every time...
Thank you once again to Jean-Luc and his team from LUNA in Paquis, not to forget Kevin, the cake was just fab.
Cecil, once again, thank you for taking pictures,...and of course for being my first friend on GoL.
Big hugs to you all, have a great weekend and see you soon.

Thank you Miss SWISS!
Last night was bliss;
A perfect night out,
not one single lout.
Trev and Jo always a show.
Omni was there
saying who should sit where.
Such a thoughful fellow
but forgot his umbrella....

forgets his umbrella
he may cry "I'm sure Fate
has stripped me poor pate
so that the Spring rain
may cool off my brain.
Hence each lustful thought
soon dilute into naught."
And he 'lone laughs aloud,
thinking "Mum would be proud!"
he may cry "I'm sure Fate
has stripped me poor pate
so that the Spring rain
may cool off my brain.
Hence each lustful thought
soon dilute into naught."
And he 'lone laughs aloud,
thinking "Mum would be proud!"

Been a year since the first one! How time flies. Congratulations for coming up with this great idea, which I opposed initially.
Pictures will be online soon. They have been sent already for posting.

for a really good night. It was nice to see some new faces there alongside the "oldies" (in GOL not age terms)!
Hope the cake was good.

...I just would like to rephrase a little bit what britabroad has written: SWISS never fails to deliver a well organised Over40s event. In fact, I believe they are getting better and better each time. Well, as we all, they are just getting better with age ;-)
BUT: never ever let SWISS organize a train trip unless you wanted to be stranded at Morges station on a lovely Sunday afternoon (see Sizzle-Beast comments) :-)
So I suggest SWISS should just continue what she does best: organize the Over40s. Thank you SWISS and I'm already looking forward to the next one :-)
