I was full expectations for the renewed Swiss's over 40's with friends - I had indeed a very good time and the snacks were delicious.

Thanks Helen for your warm welcome - you don't forget easily a "Hug from Swiss", there is some kind of afterglow :rolleyes:

and you make us all feel at home.



Special complements for the pictures made by mgemma - we are all smiling and happy looking - this is sometimes hard to get, even when smiling and happy inside. Well done. :)

Big thanks yet again to Swiss for her enthusiastic open-arms greeting to each of us and her gift of making all of us feel so welcome, immediately comfortable (esp for the newbies) and happy - proof:  see how gorgeous everyone looked that night - so many glowing smiles & laughter ! :D

So much so ... some have "sneaked" into the group ... hmmmm ... ;)

Fun event indeed with great people - looking forward to seeing you all again soon ...

Lovely group, all held together by your great spirit which really made me feel welcome. Keep up the training, but don't rush it - you have made great strides! At this rate Paula Radcliffe will be getting worried about you!! :)

for a second.. i got confused as Rondonneur added his post to last month's review... so for a moment, i was wondering if i'd been to the same event, because i hadn't seen Jasper nor Mgemma! I know lately i've been showing signs of memory lapse, but the above posting really confused there for awhile. :ermm:

Same for me and at the same time this keeps over 40s lexible....you'll see... :D

it was INDEED again one of those boreing, monotone outings with too much unserious stuff going on....:hehe:... and unefficiencies all over the place ;)  :

- 2 photographers competing.....:crazy: (one of them even censuring the pics ....:crazy:

- 4 Davids showing up....not easy for a 40 + to handle

- a blue bag called Jeff introdued the scenery (wondering if it was 40+ as well):exclamation:

- to much laughter...this really can not be serious just fenomenal:laugh:

THANKS to SWISS and all the chocolate lovers there was sooooooo much fun,  lots of newbies who hopefully come back ....:):)

an absolutely GREAT evening !!! Thanks to all of you who made it s much fun!
