Those of you that made it to the movie yesterday will have noticed that I didn't make it myself to my own event, ahum ahum ... :-((
I was touring around in the Jura mountains yesterday and I basically got hold up way too long during a visit of a cave; the visit lasted nearly 2 hours while I thought it would only be 45min or so. Hence at 6:30pm I was still in the Jura, 112 km away from Geneve and so I arrived home only around 8pm, much too late for the cinema of course. I warned a few people that I wouldn't make it and then I heard that the movie got sold out completely and only some GOL'ers were able to get a ticket, talk about a disaster scenario ...
I hope that everyone, also the newcomers, found the GOL crowd in Balexert and maybe after all had a good evening. And those that didn't get to see the Pirates movie yesterday evening, perhaps someone else (no-no, not me again ...) can organize another Pirates evening; I'll stay away from any caves and I'll try to join then ;-)
