Yesterday was a really strange day at pool.

I don't know if full moon is to be blamed, but several things went really wrong. First, I was the very first one there and too early, while I'm used to join about two hours late when 30 poeple are already playing. I was even afraid that the pool night might have been cancelled.

Finally, Nabil - who was in fact hiding from the start in a dark corner - appeared, quickly followed by a couple of other people. We started playing.... and the game last for about an hour ! The second game was even worse. Have you seen the newspapers titles this morning "Swiss are the slowest ones" ? They're talking about our game yesterday night. I'm not pulling your leg, but it litteraly took us more than 6 attempts and 15 minutes from the moment there were only 2 balls left on the table to the moment Elena finally saved us from a nervous breakdown (or even suicide attempt for me) by putting the black on in. I ADORE you for that honey !

We finally changed teams and managed to play a game in less than half an hour. Ok, my team lost, but what a relief ! ;-)

After 2 hours of playing... and three games only, time was already up for joining the veterans at the NMD. Thanks anyway to Mr Busstop for organising those great evenings, and to my partners and opponents of the night... for their patience ;-)
