got to say that it was REALLY fun! I wasn´t sure what to expect but everything turned out to be really awesome! It was my first real glocals event and definitely not the last! I can´t say any bad things of it, or any ideas to improve that event...

Well, only negative thing is my own bad memory with the names, so I´m sorry people, I don´t remember your names (yet). So anyone who remembers me, please contact me :w00t:

Nir, again I wanted to say a big 'thank you' to you for organizing such great Glocals/Sindy events! You rock man!



I met wonderful people tonight, some who like diving in lake Geneva, even in the winter (go figure...), some who don't know the tradition of the Escalade (Glocals, it's not just a race in the Old Town!), some who saw snow for the first time in their lives last weekend, some Geneva (maybe 5? out of 80), a woman who loves cars and can talk about them, people drinking Champagne, and mostly, many happy smiling faces :-) !!



The food was tasty, drinks were flowing, and the whole party slowly came to an end quite late for a mid-week night out in Geneva! Bravo! I hear you have another Musical Chairs Dinner planned for January...? Looking forward to it!

I wanted to thank you for organising the event last night.  There must have been a massive amount of work in putting together such an occasion and it is very kind of you to undertake it so that we can all just turn up and have fun (which it appeared everyone did in bucketloads).

That’s definitely the greatest dinner I ever had in Geneva,

Very well organized, friendly atmosphere, time went really fast with a tasty food and good drinks.

Yesterday I met lots of charming and interesting people, had seen lots of happy faces and would love to meet you all next time.

Hi  Nir,

I would like to seize the opportunity and offer you my deep gratitude and appreciation for last night event. It was really highly organized (food, tables, activities …), also I can't find the appropriate words to express how I felt last night…………… 

Also I love to thank all the people who attended yesterday, I was too nervous addressing all of you , I did not expect that but thanks anyway for giving me this opportunity. Well I had a lot to say last night, but I was keen to keep my statement short, hope to address you again in similar occasions.

As I mentioned I arrived in Sept 2007, but I decided to subscribe in glocals on May 2008.At the beginning I was hesitant to attend some events but yesterday's one was great and wonderful. I was very lucky to be invited to such event "it was my first ever with glocals" and it will not be the last.

I was honored meeting all those lovely people, I came back home with a big delight hoping to see all of you again in a similar event. I'm sorry for not being able to speak with each one of you but for those who would love to add me your welcome at anytime.

Many thanks for making my first glocals event a special one - great dinner, great crowd, and (bien sur) a great host... Would provide you with constructive criticism, but there is very little to say in that category...so please just keep it coming, and expect to see me registered for future shindigs : )

The dinner was really great. A lot of nice people in good spirits, which of course was in large part due to the great organization.



My only complaint is that I had actually wanted to play musical chairs, and I was somewhat disappointed that we had to chose table numbers from a bucket. Next time couldn't you play music and have everyone walk around the room until the music stops? You could leave one seat missing, and whoever didn't get a seat would have to sing a karaoke version of a Dianna Ross song or something like that...

Why don't you organize a real musical-chairs dinner with karaoke yourself?

The whole point of this community, after all, is taking initiatives and inviting people! :-)

Now you did it, I believe that I am now officially addicted to the musical chairs dinner-). And again it was a way too late a night for me but I had too much fun to go home early (note to my boss : I wasn't sleeping at my desk, simply using creative visualisation technique).



Nir, since you're asking for feedback, this was definitively a hit.

This was my first glocals event, and I had such a great time.  I had heard events like this are a great way to meet new people..and what I heard is true!  Thank you for planning such a fun and creative take on a dinner out.  I look forward to attending more events in the future.  Thanks!

Thanks for this great night. Again, the organization was great.





The people,

the place,

the atmosphere,

the food,

the way you settled the tables. Some of them were very intimate

The animation and activities: great effort to bond people!



It was my second dinner and the only thing where we could improve is the "counting-matching system". I happened on both dinners to be seated with the same several people on 2 to 3 tables. I'll have a thought on how to maximize the number of people to be seated with per dinner.
