Hoooray! The rafting event was great - I liked it ))

There were 14 of us - thanks guys&girls for attending! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did ))



So... the weather was excellent - sunny and warm, water was fun - as warm as during the summer time ))

The instructors were friendly&funny saying "keep your smile, I want to see your smile" ))



We were jumping to the water, water-swimming, water-fighting, water-drinking (and a bit of just-a-drinking and earting yummy steaks after))



We got some professional pics to memorize The Sunny Rafting Day ))



Thanks very much to Katrynkin for the idea and for the organizing - I just helped ))

Xavier - thanks for suggestions/discussions of rafting places ))

Damn guys, I wish I had joined you!

My baby was running a fever yesterday, and we spent most of the morning and the afternoon running after the doctors for him - sorry about that (he's OK).

14 people!!! Wow! On the next one, I am definitly in!

Thanks Extremal & Katryn for organizing this! Xavier, count me in next time you go rafting in Aosta!

This is my first activity on Glocals and I enjoyed it very much! Everything was great: the weather, the rafting, the dinner, the group, the instructor! Right, he always says "when you fall into the water, dont panic, first thing to do is keep smiling!!!" -:)

I am looking forward to the next rafting event or any other activities that I may join. I'm particularly thinking about going tandem-paragliding.... and maybe camping & hiking. Cheers!

it depends on a level. For the event we've organized - it's possible, I think it starts from 8 years for rafting (given that a kid is accompanied by an adult - check aquarafting.com)



For higher levels it's not possible I think - so it should be really family-oriented activity ))

Where were you mate? The rafting posts have been up for weeks...(-:

Anyway, to post pics on glocals, you can do 2 things:

1. Post pics on the forums.
When you type a new forum message, you just need to click on the 'add picture' button (the one with the mountain).

2. Send your pics to site admin at [email protected], and he'll post them on the galleries for you.
