I guess the cold was the reason so few of you showed up last night at the Barrio's... just 27 of you!!! :-) Welcome to the new members of the GOL salsa troop - Crazy_Llama, Artigo, SmilingBudda and Jimega! And to Philippa, Simon, Rafael, Rita, Arthur and Chrystelle who are on on GOL yet...And a big thanks to the "veterans" - Tee_Cee, HeavenForbid, Gabry, Keleko, Gonzo, Gabie, Lams21, Athos, Wee_Lass, Roumelian, Luisito, Helencho and A_N_! You guys are unbelievable! :-) Who cares that you have only 50 centimeters of space to dance on? Who cares if this is your 15th dance of the night? And if your "creative counting" somehow doesn't match that of your partner? :-) You were all having such big grins on your faces that it was hard to believe that some of you had 2 left feet just a month ago. :-)

Well, some of you still tried to avoid the execution (read: dancing with me) by coming up with some lame excuses. Momali tried to say his shoes were not made for dancing.. which cost him an extra bachata. :-) Turi pretended there was not enough space on the dance floor (and even less so because his tummy was taking way too much place after his fabulous Brazilian dinner).. it cost him a speedy salsa. :-) Artigo just sighed sadly and said "OK" when I asked him to dance. And then showed wonders on the dance floor. Wow, he's reeeallly good (but why is he hiding it???). Gonzo had the same story as last week: I will take some private lessons first, and then dance... until then I'll just keep drinking my vodka pomme and enjoying watching all of you guys making fools of yourselves. :-)

I'm sure I'm forgetting many things from last night... my head is still spinning from all those turns you guys have performed.. but please add more comments, and come next week!!!!
